| I promised some photos a lil while back, and here are some I hope you like! :) I've started to take up photography as a lil bit of a hobby. Though I have to admit most of the photos I like taking are of flowers...hope you enjoy! :)
This is a camelia flower
Some species tulips we have in our pots in the backyard that bloomed this past spring :) I'll stop here for now, but I'll be sure to add a couple of photos every few days or so. Wishing everyone all kinds of wonderfulness! :)
| Happy sunday!! :) So far so good here. I think I'll probably add some photos soon, but if you'd like to see even more photos. Hope everyone is doing well! :) *hugs* | | |
| Hi :) I'm back...have gotten myself side tracked and such with life and such. Nice to be back!! :) I'll keep it short for now, but will definitely add some things as time goes on, and will try and stay connected here. Wishing everyone a great day! :) | | |
| A while back I'd purchased some tickets to see the Cirque du Soleil in Portland, Oregon. Thankfully Irma was feeling up to the trip so we went. And boy am I glad we did! She absolutely enjoyed it so much! She was talking about the show all the way home. Usually Irma isn't surprised by things happening in shows and such, but in this show she got lots of great surprises and lots of excitement, and total fun! If you ever get a chance to see their "Corteo" show...at least I think that's what it's called lol...then definitely check it out! Right now they are going to be starting in Seattle soon, for a run of shows. Monday Irma goes in for some speech therapy. Hopefully they'll be better able to judge when Irma can go back to work, and how long it might take her to get better. For now it's a wait and see game. | | |
| I had a great suggestion from a wonderful fellow xangian to do a blog on Irma getting a haltor monitor with pictures and everything. Now, that would have worked for her first one which was almost like her wearing a small car battery, but the second one they gave her (the first one only recorded the first hour so they had to do a 2nd) was about the size of a cell phone, or, as Irma teasingly said to the tech hooking her up, "a third boob". So direct photos were out of the question, but lets see if I can find a photo somewhere using google that would work. Ok, found one that looks like her first one, but this makes it look so light...and her first one had 6 wires and weighed at least 3 or 4 pounds.
Her second one hand only 4 wires, but was super flat, weighed only ounces, and she could put it in a comfortable cloth holder that she could strap so that it was comfortablely held in the middle of her chest. They have the results, but we have to be told by a doctor what it all means, and that should be sometime today. The weekend is almost here...wishing everyone a wonderful weekend! :)
